Your privacy is of the utmost important to us. Sense of Soul does not share customer information including emails, phone numbers, or postal mail addresses with anyone.
It is not our policy to spam your email address, nor do we send unwanted postal mail.
Any emails sent out will be only to notify customers of their order confirmation or to our subscribed customers and clients about new or sale items as well as special events, offers and sales. At any time, a customer may opt out of receiving such emails.
Payment Methods
Currently online we only accept PayPal. However you can call (720) 399-9767, to use any major credit card.
Sense of Soul is required to charge tax on all local Colorado orders.
Shipping Policy
All shipping is through USPS, unless specified local pick up, in which case please send an email to senseofsoul@yahoo.com.
Most orders will be shipped within 2 business days, if items are available in stock.
You are unable to make changes to an order once it has been packaged.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
Shipping fees and any return shipping costs will still apply.
Once an order is shipped, it becomes the responsibility of USPS, who is paid to deliver it.
Once an order is delivered, the responsibility switches to the customer who ordered it and requested delivery.
During the holidays and such unforeseen events, USPS can be delayed at no fault to Sense of Soul or it’s employees and suppliers.
Sense of Soul will not refund shipping fees in these cases. Please order items in advance during the holiday season to avoid shipping delays.
Damaged or Missing Items
If you are missing any items purchased from your order, or have received damaged items, please contact us within 10 days so we may get the issue resolved in a timely manner.
You must have the original invoice number, packing slip and any other paperwork shipped with your order to refer to.
Sense of Soul will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error.
No merchandise will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise.
Filing of damage claims or missing package claims with USPS and will be the responsibility of Sense of Soul.

Return and Exchange Policy
We sincerely appreciate your business and will assist you in any way possible if your purchase is unsatisfactory. Items, if accompanied with receipt, may be exchanged within 10 days from purchase for any product(s) of equal value, or for store credit.
Cost of shipping will be charged for any returns or exchanges. All Items must be in new condition, unworn with tags attached (if applies), items must be in original, unopened packaging, to be accepted for exchange.
