My mission is my purpose! I have been on my spiritual awakening to my soul since 2014 and what followed was a desire to connect with other like minded souls. I co-founded Sense of Soul and then begin co hosting the Sense of Soul Podcast. I am a Theosophist, a seeker of Divine Wisdom, an Empath, Intuitive, Lightworker and Reiki Master Teacher Practitioner. I have been in coaching and teaching rolls most of my life. My passion lies in Energy work, Empaths, Self Love, Ancestral Healing and finding SOULutions!

I am not a licensed professional mental health provider or medical doctor and cannot diagnose or prescribe. I am a Licensed MT/ Certified Reiki Master Teacher Practitioner and have taken classes and courses in Shamanism, Past Life Regression, Mentorship, Coaching and Meditation.

This course can be a great addition and support to work along side professional therapy with a Licensed Medical Professional if needed.
