Accept who you are, where you are and what you have! Have gratitude for it all, the good, the bad and ugly!
Accepting all of you. Your flaws, your mistakes, your past, your physical, your emotions, your pain.....
Each one of us is a unique being with a special purpose. Trust YOUR journey! You can’t put a spiritual journey in a box. We all are on our own path! It’s as different and unique as our souls are.
What one may experience another may not. One may have one spiritual experience or gift etc than the next.
Accept divine timing.
In order to do so, you must be willing to face the pain, shame, fear and all low vibrational energies within.
In the awareness, with care and acceptance you create a space to heal these wounds once and for all.
We often try to numb our chronic pain, anxiety and depression with prescriptions, drugs, alcohol or other unhealthy patterns. We also often try to run from our fight or flight responses.
Do not stop taking your medications without the advice and assistance of your doctor. There are many times we are so low on the chemicals in our brain that taking medications can really help us. However, even with medication we should be working to understand the “why”, the root cause.
We bandage and care for a child’s physical wound. We would have compassion and forgiveness for a child’s emotional wounds. We need to offer this same compassion to the self and to our wounds.
Start taking responsibility for your own journey and your own energy.
Be careful and aware of the energy you carry of others. Let go and let God! When we hold onto grudges, hate, pain and other low vibrations the can block us from achieving connection with our soul.
Easier said then done right?
You have to commit to this journey and you have to do the work. It’s a daily practice. Once you achieve self love there is no going back! Start with a daily meditation and journaling.

Integrity
When we let go of the past we can be true to who we are. It’s called integrity!
Integrity is when we accept all of who we are and own it! It’s when our soul and our ego align. It’s when you do not do or say anything that goes against who you are at the core of your higher self.
When you have self acceptance you will have a love for yourself that you never knew was possible. You will be able to laugh at yourself and at your mistakes. You will not only accept yourself but you will be proud of who you are. You will love you!
When we don’t accept ourselves we aren’t accepting the beautiful master piece God made.
When we don’t forgive ourselves we are saying we are bigger then God because God is all forgiving.
Know and trust that you are where you are for a reason. You’ve gone through all you have to be right where you are suppose to be right now. The lessons you’ve learned and the trauma you overcame were all part of a bigger divine purpose. These experiences are part of your souls evolution. Rest in the fact that everything is impermanent. Things will change, you can be sure of this. Keep going my friend! You got this!
Be willing to find acceptance in the struggles and “find the blessin’s in the lessons!” Every mistake is an opportunity to learn.
What we do NOT have to ACCEPT… is someone else’s shit!!
FOMO
Did you know that the affects of “excessive social media use “ are eerily close to the symptoms of depression?
Many find themselves scrolling and having FOMO! Not mofo It’s FOMO, “FEAR OF MISSING OUT.” This is a example of the ego at its finest.
Social media protrays the worlds ridiculous expectations. You will see pictures of inauthentic lives, based on material wealth, gain, status, social and culture conditioning. Comparing our lives to others... FOMO is real!
Stop comparing your beautiful unique soul to fake social media profiles, fairytales and made for tv families. Believe me the grass is not always greener on the other side.
We challenge you to:
Take a Social media break
Remove the Apps
Regulate time on social media, screen time...
Even if for a few days, notice the difference? Journal about this.
We all wear different masks. IWe use masks as a defense mechanism also.
There is the humorist...
Do you wear a humor mask to cover your pain? Do you use humor to avoid letting people in at a deeper level?
Do you put on the perfectionist mask? You always look perfect and so does your house etc. inside your a mess?
The people pleaser mask? You will act, say and do things to please others because you want them to like you’ve?
Do you wear a bully mask? Do you put others down to cover your own pain and insecurities?
A victim mask? Do you constantly play the victim so people give you attention and so you can avoid looking in the mirror?
Are you wearing the intellectual mask? You constantly use your book smarts to keep conversations surface?
Do you wear the “I’m fine” mask? Pretend everything is fine so others don’t see your pain?
There are lots of different masks people wear. Think about what masks you wear.
Print out the masks and as you color them name the mask and ask yourself why you put this mask on? Then put these masks somewhere to remind you to practice showing your true face. The face of your soul. Once you lift these masks you will find healing, integrity and self love because you will be staying true to your real self... your soul.
