Gratitude is acceptance of both good and bad in your life. Often we cannot see that the stressful times in our lives, were filled with great lessons, like the growth and wisdom we have after the struggles and the strength you gain after the highest mountain climbed. We tend to only rejoice in life when it fits perfectly with our expectations. It’s so easy to limit gratefulness to what makes us happy!

Had it not been for my mistakes, pain, loss, sufferings...I’d not be who I am today. You can choose to become or overcome! I stand upon each defeat, only looking back to see how far I’ve come, how much stronger I am, how much courage and knowledge I’ve gained. Shed the burdens, grudges, guilt fear and shame, the heaviness you carry, know and accept that there are more mountains you will face!

Have gratitude for the challenges of life that lead to the awakening of your soul, the light within you! That you can clearly see your way, and allow your light to be a lighthouse for others.

As energetic beings, Gratitude’s positive and loving frequency will raise your vibes! Literally if your looking for ways to raise your vibes, your naturally stress releasing hormones, practicing gratitude is a beautiful way. It is also a key to manifestation. Whatever vibration you put out to the world you will attraction and receive.

Journal

Keeping a gratitude journal can help you see all the beauty in your life. We often forget about the smallest gifts in life, for example just the simple act of breathing. We tend to overlook the all the blessings around us, and focus on what is wrong in our lives, in our world.

Writing down one thing you are grateful for each day, or one thing you’ve learned each day good or bad, can help you see the beauty in your life.

Whether your day holds happiness or pain, let the hard times be lessons, examine such situations and discover what life is teaching you. Learn to accept and love all of your mistakes, and misfortunes, have gratitude for you you are and for the beautiful mess one can be, free yourself, with your head held high and just keep going! Sometimes you’ll win, and sometimes maybe you’ll learn, either way, have gratitude!
