Boundaries
The best way to figure out your own boundaries and consequences when people cross them is sitting quietly with yourself and write them down.
Setting practical and reasonable boundaries and consequences in your life, can be very difficult and uncomfortable for those you love.
They may feel as if you're trying to control them, that you are setting rules. On the contrary, you're finally taking control of what is yours, and letting go what is not.
This work involves a deep dive inward. If you don't love and respect yourself, others will find it easy to do the same. If you love and respect yourself, you will find others this too will be mirrored.
I used to spend so much time reacting and responding to 7 everyone else that my life had no direction. Other people's lives, problems, and wants set the course for my life. Once I realized it was okay for me to think about and identify what I wanted, remarkable things began to take place in my life.
